Tag Rugby Festival 2018

Toby M, 19 Nov 2018

Our Year 3 and 4 pupils recently took part in a tag rugby festival. Here's what Toby in Year 4 had to say about the day.

Tag Rugby Festival 2018

Just before half term our school took part in a tag rugby festival against the schools of Cambo and Whalton. It was held at Morpeth Rugby Club. Our school had four teams taking part. In my team were Angus, James, Annabel, Darcy, Phoebe, Nieva, Will and Fran. I scored about six tries and James and Angus scored lots of tries too. We were very lucky because lots of our players are also members of Morpeth Rugby Club. I am very pleased to report that our team won! Each player in our team got their own medal and we also won a big trophy for the school. It was a great day out!
