Pilsley vs Holmgate

It was another exciting football match.... read on to find out more!

On Thursday the 3rd of May, Pilsley Primary School played Holmgate and here is how it turned out. Our defenders Harvey and Kaden played amazing, Lucas also helped out at the back and  was  fantastic. In midfield and on the wing Liam was our left  winger with Lucas  on the right, they both played brilliant.  Isaac our central midfielder destroyed the middle of the park. The striker Justin played outstandingly good and dominated the Holmgate defence, Harvey also went up front as a striker near the end of the game.  Brooklyn was amazing on the right wing and made chances for the other players. Finally our goalkeeper Harry was superb in goal and made some good saves. In the end Kaden was the only goal-scorer in the team with the end result being 2-1 to Pilsley. Kaden was also the ‘man of the match’ – well done to him, he deserved it.
