Sports Week Dance Sessions Yr R and KS1

We both love Dancing and have been dancing for several years.  Mrs  Gardiner asked if we could teach Dance to Year R, 1 and 2 during our Sports Week, this included the Warm up, a short routine and the Cool Down.

We had a blast teaching them and hope they enjoyed the sessions. We can't wait to see if they join any Dance Clubs.

The type of Dance we taught was ;

Warm up - Cardio and ABS

Routine - Mixture between Jazz and Hip Hop Dance and the music we used for this was I'M STILL STANDING

Everybody had fun and so did we.
