Wycombe Wanders EFL Kids Cup Football Competition

On Thursday 22nd November, the Ryvers' boys football team competed in the Wycombe Wanders EFL Kids Cup. When we arrived at Wycombe & Amersham College we straight to the 3G pitches to warm up ready for the competition to begin. In our group we had some difficult teams to play against. Unfortunately, we were unable to score against one of the teams but we still got into the plate finals.

Our first game in the finals was against Stoken-church primary we won that game 3-2 the team played outstanding. We improved as a team with each game and we all enjoyed ourselves the students played absolutely outstanding and the game play was the best I’ve ever seen them play.

Ashton our caption comment from the competition was “we played really well as a team and the spirit of the team was great, I loved playing alongside such a great time”.
