RUNNING AUTUMN 2 - SESSION 5!

AUT 2 has been a funky half term not only due to Lockdown number 2 but also because the weather has caused us to delay our Virtual marathon which he hoped to finish weeks ago.

Also we relaunched our Fell running group from our 4 strongest runners we identified from the Virtual cross country. Combined with this was a desire from my Forest school training to allow one of our pupils the chance to fulfil her dream to run at school barefoot. This has seen us as a group run a regular 3 mile route allowing the pupils an optional 1 mile run barefoot in our Japanese gardens which has quickly seen me outnumbered the only shoe wearer as the bare foot buzz has been picked up on by all the pupils who accompany me! I have promised in 2 weeks to join them barefoot for my finale run!
