Personal Challenge

Miss Hogarth, 12 Feb 2019

This week's personal challenge was decided by the Sports Crew at the end of last week. They made posters to introduce the challenge.

Personal Challenge

They decided that the personal challenge would be 'How many skips in 30 seconds.'

It was KS1's turn at lunch time today.

It was great to see so many KS1 children eager to take part and the sports crew eager to support them.

The winner of the personal challenge this week was Phoebe and Lydia in Year 1 who each did 16 skips each. Well done girls!

St Gerard's RC Primary School

In 2018-19, all of the staff and pupils at St. Gerard's, including our fantastic Sports Crew, worked extremely hard to develop our PE and sport provision. We were beyond proud to have this recognised nationally by achieving the Gold School Games Mark for the second consecutive year! In 2019-20 we hope to achieve this accolade again by further strengthening our PE, School Sport and Physical Activity programme.
