Oscar going the extra mile!
Race for the Kids in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital - Well Done Oscar!
Oscar C. in Year 5 took part in
the Race for the Kids in aid of Great
Ormond Street Hospital on Saturday
13th Oct in Hyde Park. He did a 5 kilometre run to support GOSH.
When asked why he is running alongside his older brother Owen, his mum, and
her work colleagues, Oscar said:
‘This boy Vinny who is 6 goes to my mum's school,
but sadly he has cancer, it is such a young age, and I wanted to help raise money for the hospital who looks after him. My team is called SpiderTeam because Spiderman is Vinny's favourite superhero, and while at GOSH he got to meet the real Spiderman, actor Tom Holland!'. Through his run, Oscar raised £87 !
