TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT

On Wednesday 1st of November four schools (Swallowdale, Ab Kettleby, Bottesford and Stathern) took part in the Melton and Belvoir Primary School table tennis competition. We played in teams of four and each player played four games. The Brooksby umpires had a huge job on their hands as each match was heated but they handled it phenomenally. Every team battled to win the prestigious trophies at stake. All of the teams performed well but it was Swallowdale A who came out on top - two points below was the other Swallowdale side. Bottesford achieved third position and then fourth and fifth were Stathern and Ab Kettleby. When the county championship happens in three weeks time, Swallowdale A will be proudly representing Melton and Belvoir.
