Indoor Rowing Extravaganza!
Our fabulous Year 5&6 children rowed their way into 2018 in a funpacked day at Wembury today.
What a fabulous start to the new year and term for Year 5 & 6 today as they rowed their way into 2018.
They took to the indoor rowing machines provided by PSSP in an action packed day racing against themselves and eachother in individual and team races throughout the day with some fantastic results all around and I'm sure a few tired arms and legs besides.
Our energetic Bronze Ambassadors kicked off the day with a planned out warm up routine that worked its way around the whole body makign sure we were all well and truly ready for the events of the day and off they rowed!
Along with providing all children from year 5 & 6 an opportunity to try something new, this enables us to be able to identify budding talent leading up to the Plymouth primary indoor rowing championships later this month - watch this space!
