The Multi-Skills of Wembury!
It was the turn of our KS1 team this week to show off their Multi skills - and didn't they show them off!
What a fantastic morning at Coombe Dean school this week when our KS1 multi sports team competed against 8 other Plymouth Primary schools and finished triumphant.
The event was run by Coombe Dean and their Year 9 sports leaders who gave up their time to work with the younger children which is always really appreciated. They ran a number of different events incorporating childrens speed, coordination, agility and strength in fun and varied ways that really inspired the children.
The faces show how much the children enjoyed the event, made even more special when the results of the competition were announced and Wembury had finished in first place! Were they excited? Oh yes! Well done Wembury - you are amazing!
