Year 5/6 Championship Football

On Monday, 25th September 2023, our Year 5/6 footballers played their first round of football fixtures in the Championship SHINE league.

In our first match, we valiantly defeated St Bernards 2-1. with goals coming from Hugo and Elkanah. We showed great spirit considering we came back from a goal down.

In our second match, we played Henleaze and we managed to win 3-0. Theo managed to find the back of the net twice whilst one of the Henleaze children, unfortunately, scored an own goal.

In our final match, we encountered a tough Westbury Park but we overcame adversity and beat them 1-0 with Theo scoring again.
