School Sports Update

Mr Mullen, 12 Feb 2019

A brief update of what has been happening within school the past couple of weeks.

Again, we have been participating within lots of different sports both within school and outside of school.

Our Y4/Y5 girls attended a netball tournament at Durham University, Stockton Campus and performed brilliantly losing only one game throughout the whole tournament.

This week it is the swimmers turn (Y4/Y5/Y6) as they are participating within the cluster swimming gala.  We are hopeful that they will perform fantastic as usual and qualify for the next round.

Our great footballers participated in the Stockton cluster finals last Monday. Our team two had a great day winning 1, drawing 1 and losing 1 game overall. Our team 1 performed brilliantly and came back to school with the bronze medal, finishing third overall in the tournament.

There has been some great sportsmanship shown by Whitehouse over the past couple of weeks which is very pleasing to see. After a week off for half term, the sports activities will continue as soon as we come back!
