Year 5 Tag Rugby

On the 4th Of October 2017 we went to compete in the tag rugby tournament.  

 We had been practicing for since the 31st August. We had two team captains and they were Alfie and Cameron.  

Our first game was against Willesley A team, which was made up from year 6's and we lost 6-4. James, Alfie and Zak scored two. It was a good match considering we played against year 6's but Willesley are a great team.   

Our second match was against Viscount Beaumont and we won 4-2! Our 5 weeks of training finally paid off. Although Kai got injured and had to come off. Zak and Alfie played really well.   

Our Last game was against Packington which we just lost 7-6. We felt very disappointed that we didn't get to the quarter finals but we played really well even though our tags kept falling off.  

We really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to do it again in year 6.
