Update: Contact email issue

We have an update on the issue with our [email protected] inbox, which resulted in the inbox being unable to receive emails.

Until this issue is resolved, please contact our Regional Support team instead:

If you submitted an Impact Award entry at any point between Friday 02 December through to today, we ask that you please forward your form to one of the above email addresses to ensure it has been received. 


Whilst the inbox is now up and running again, we are unable to retrieve any emails sent in to us between 01 December 2022 - 19 January 2023. We ask that you please resend any emails you sent during that time to the [email protected] inbox so we can respond as quickly as possible.
