England Handball National Schools Competition now open
England Handball are pleased to announce the National Schools Competition is now open for registration.
After seeing schools back playing competitive handball last year as part of the competition, England Handball are running the competition again for 2022/23. Last year, the competition culminated in the National Schools Finals running alongside the club finals as part of the national event in Nottingham last June; you can see some of the highlights from a brilliant event here.
The competition categories this year will remain the same, with separate competitions for U13 boys, U13 girls, U15 boys and U15 girls teams.
Once the registration deadline has passed, teams will be grouped by county sized geographical locations and provided with fixture details and a deadline for completion. County winners will need to be identified by mid-March, with regional finals scheduled for April through to early May and the National Finals taking place over the weekend of 10-11 June.
