Posted 11th September 2023

Following the launch of the Government's new sport strategy, 'Get Active: a strategy for the future of sport and physical activity', the Department for Culture, Media and Sport is hosting two virtual 'town hall' events.

During these sessions, members of the Sport team will present on the key themes and objectives for the strategy and take questions on what is in the document.

The sessions will be chaired by Adam Conant, Head of Sport, who will be accompanied by members of the team who lead on the development of the strategy.

UPDATE

The date and time for the first webinar has now changed - originally scheduled for Monday 11 September at 4:15-5:15pm, this session will now take place on Wednesday 13 September from 9-10am. If you have already booked your place through Eventbrite, then your registration will reflect the changes and no further action is needed. If you have not been able to register for this session, please book here.
