Activity details

Target disc is an ultimate frisbee challenge that develops pupils ability to throw a disc through a target, from a variety of angles. 

  • Number of participants: Pair or group 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through paired challenge 
  • Including all pupils: STEP framework included 
  • Pupil roles: Participant, Leader 
  • Space: Indoors. Ensure the space is suitable for throwing discs over a distance, make sure you consider the safety of other pupils 
  • Equipment: Throwing discs, tape, cones, hoops and throwing lines
