UDOIT Dance Foundation aim to inspire, engage and empower children and young people through street dance, making sure all opportunities are inclusive for everyone to enjoy.
Street Dance is a great way to engage young people in fun physical activity, that stimulates the mind & body helping to improve their physical and mental health. Street Dance can help improve coordination, memory, musicality, strength and cardiovascular fitness, whilst harnessing their creativity, imagination & confidence.
Try our Breakin' challenge, suitable for age 12+ and a great way to engage boys in particular in Street dance.
Try to make sure you have enough floor space to utilise as much space as possible.
