  • Skills: Athletic Development through sport, Teamwork & communication 
  • Lacrosse Skills: All fundamental skills, introducing game principles 
  • Participants: Class 
Description: Set up two teams, with a goal at both ends of the playing areas. A number is called out and the corresponding players react to scoop the ball and go to goal. 

Progression: Call out more than 1 number to build up the 1v1 situations to 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5.
