Hockey Heroes is specially aimed at beginners aged 5 - 8 years.
This challenge can be done on your own at home, or at school.
This video helps pupils practice their dribbling skills in a fun and creative way. Pupils are also encouraged to focus on their inner power and think how they are going to persevere and improve their dribbling of the ball.
Try and find interesting objects to dribble around or maybe try making different shapes. Try it slow to start with and then increase your speed but still keep control of the ball.
This uses a hockey stick and a ball or alternative equipment.
