Nudge Up: Hockey Dribbling is a fun personal challenge activity which develops hockey dribbling skills. 

Activity: Individual 

Purpose of Activity: Increase pupil physical activity through personal challenge 

Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included, apply STEP 

Pupil Roles: Participant, Leader *

Space: Outdoors or Indoors - Ensure the space is suitable for dribbling a ball 

Equipment: Hockey sticks, balls, cones, markers, beanbags, rolled up socks (if at home)
