UDOIT Dance Foundation aim to inspire, engage and empower children and young people through street dance, making sure all opportunities are inclusive for everyone to enjoy.

Street Dance is a great way to engage young people in fun physical activity, that stimulates the mind & body helping to improve their physical and mental health. Street Dance can help improve coordination, memory, musicality, strength and cardiovascular fitness, whilst harnessing their creativity, imagination & confidence.

This is a session that can be done as a group or individually, aimed for age 9+ and suitable for all abilities to participate in. This is a great starting point to get young people inspired in Street Dance and an activity that is fully inclusive.

We're proud to share the #RediscoverSummer campaign.
