Nudge Up Hockey Grab and Go is a fun activity which develops balance and coordination whilst throwing and moving in different directions to retrieve objects. 

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of Activity: Increase pupil physical activity through fun personal challenge 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included, apply STEP 
  • Pupil Roles: Participant, Leader 
  • Space: Outdoors or indoors - ensure the space is suitable for movement in different directions 
  • Equipment: cones, markers, socks or soft toys (if at home)
