Nudge Up: Stop and Start is a fun, skill related stability challenge which involves moving towards objects in different directions to maintain a left footed balance. 

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through fun personal challenge 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included, apply STEP 
  • Space: Outdoors or indoors - ensure the space is suitable for moving in different directions 
  • Equipment: cones, markers or equivalent items for bases if at home
