Ready Set Ride - Prepare 2 Ride is a series of engaging and fun activities for children to take part in to prepare them for learning to ride a bike.

Activities can be delivered to individuals, small groups or whole classes and can be performed indoors or out, using everyday equipment found in the home or at school.

The activities support agility, balance and coordination, are easy to set up and great fun.

Prepare 2 Ride is a great foundation for children before attempting the Ready Set Ride - Balance and Pedals activities.
