Street Dance is a great way to engage young people in fun physical activity, that stimulates the mind & body helping to improve their physical and mental health. Street Dance can help improve coordination, memory, musicality, strength and cardiovascular fitness, whilst harnessing their creativity, imagination & confidence.
This super fun street dance routine is perfect for age 6+ and can be done individually or as a group. Perfect for engaging boys & girls and all abilities together in one class. No equipment is needed and it can be done from behind your desks, outside or in a large space.
