Monday can be a tough start for many, the weekend has gone and its time to work! Why not chuck on your favourite tunes and have a boogie at home. Here is a fab simple game for anyone to play from Change 4 life! Noah from Disney "The Lodge"  is great at getting the dancefloor pumping, jumping and dancing. Will your tunes get the party going?  It`s Thursday and here is one of my all time favourite web links for short, fun active play! I used it daily at my last school to help pupils wake up and get all that juicy Serotinin and Neuroadrenaline pumping! Simply build some quick, funky sequences using the Active Classroom Booster! You select the activities, duration of exercise and a music track - and off you go!!

Friday the 29th  of January

Friday is our official walk and talk day! Its super important to connect with people (vital for all our mental health!) So today your PE  challenge is to walk / ride / skate or scoot at least 1 mile and share that time with someone from home. Maybe head to a park, beach or green area need your home...There is a little extra challenge...  build a rock or pebble tower and photograph it!
