It`s Thursday! And another fresh idea for you to get your teeth into! I love this web link and I used it daily at my last school in class! Build some quick and playful sequences using the Active Classroom Booster! You select the activities, duration of exercise and a music track - and off you go!! Please note - These are just optional daily ideas as we work together to support you achieving the recommended amount of 60 minutes physical activity! We know that you are all doing awesome stuff at home all the time to keep the children active.

Friday the 21st  of January

Friday is our official walk and talk day! Its super important to connect with people (vital for all our mental health!) your challenge today is to walk at least 1 mile and share that time with someone from home. Maybe head to a park, beach or green area need your home...There is a little extra challenge, can you find an Acorn hiding below an Oak tree (Dig under the Acorn tree leaves and discover what`s underneath) Try to find an Acorn or 2 that has begun to sprout? If they don`t get moved to a new location then when spring comes the tree will grow no more due to the canopy over head being too busy :(

Take it home, plant it in a pot or jar and grow a Sapling which we can then replant at school! :)

Please lt us know if you managed it, post your findings onto your class dojo and share with your teachers and maybe try this little experiment out below ... It looks fabulous! :)

 See you next week!
