Tag rugby competition
Year 5 and 6 play tag rugby at Staindrop Academy.
On Wednesday 17th October class 3 and 4 went to a Tag Rugby competition at Staindrop Academy and the teams that were competing were Staindrop, Woodhouse, Green Lane and Evenwood. The teams we played were good, so unfortunately, we came third and the top two teams who went to the final- they were Woodhouse and Staindrop A team. We tried our best playing against these teams and pushed hard to try and beat them and get into the semi-finals at Bishop Barrington. Even though we didn’t win, we all had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Congratulations to the winning teams!
