A great afternoon of 6 aside football enjoyed by all.
Year 5 Kingston Schools Football Tournament
On Tuesday 26th February 7 boys from year 5 went to CCC to a Kingston schools 6 aside tournament.
The sun was shining on a great afternoon for football and after a good warm up the the boys were ready to compete in the tournament.
After drawing our first game 2-2 with Surbiton high the boys then went on to win their remaining 5 games and not conceding a goal for the rest of the tournament.
As the tournament went on the boys passing and overall level of football improved with every game with their fight and commitment getting stronger with each game.
Well done to the year 5 boys football team who played brilliantly all afternoon, finished joint 1st and proudly represented Corpus Christi School.
