Year 3 and 4 gymnastics club

Miss Wright, 25 Oct 2018

Last session performance!

Tonight was our last gymnastics club session for Year 3 and 4. The large group of 30 children have worked very hard over the past 6 weeks to improve their skills and fitness. They have learnt to perform simple vaults with control, practised the basic gymnastic shapes and improved rolling, cartwheels and handstands.

As it was our last session, we invited the children's parents and carers to watch them perform at the end of their session. What a success!

The children rolled, cartwheeled and jumped with skill and, judging by the applause at the end, really impressed the audience!

Well done, Year 3 and 4 - we are very proud of your efforts!
