National Fitness Day
23rd September was National Fitness Day
As part of national fitness day we took part in the challenge laid down by Active Essex. Each class took part in a skipping session over three weeks to allow for cleaning between the equipment. The children really enjoyed the chance to skip and many have looked to take it up at break times.
