Flora Garden’s girls 1-0 Addison Primary girls

The girl’s football team played against Addison at Ravenscourt Park at 1pm last Friday. It was a very close game, with both teams competing very fiercely for the ball.

Aisha Bafo had an excellent game, demonstrating her tough tackling to win possession of the ball. Jasmin Walker playing in defence, showed great organisation skills to ensure every player marked an opponent.

The winning goal was scored by Megan Hermitage who smashed the ball into the back of the net much to the delight of the other Flora players who jumped on her back to celebrate.
