Yr 4 Honeywell Boys Hockey vs Thomas’s Clapham

..... What a lovely day to play small sided hockey matches (3vs 3 or 4vs4) across the enormous astro at Spencer HC today.

Your boys were real Honeywell Ambassadors, and not only played well, and fairly with rotating matches, but also behaved impeccably on the bus and walk to the pitch.  

I've attached a few photos of each game, your sons are there, although you may have to play 'spot your player' and the photos certainly show the scale of hockey played...  

Thanks as always to the parents who helped walk us there.  Having spoken to the boys on the journey home there were a number of goals scored to Honeywell's benefit, but it was also an opportunity for them to practice their defence, against the fast feet & sticks of Thomas's Clapham.  

We will endeavour to put another fixture in the diary for a future date, showcasing a different sport, consolidating what they are learning in PE lessons.
