Judo Taster Session
Exciting opportunity for boys to try their hand at a new sport.
Some pupils from Years 7 and 8 attended a Judo taster session today at United Judo Club, Bexley. The club provides an opportunity for the pupils to experience a new sporting activity which they have not experienced before in the local area. Judo is a sport which encourages discipline and respect, whilst also promoting positive physical and mental health. This is also part of the School Games, a national programme which puts physical and competitive sport at the heart of schools, therefore providing young people with more opportunities to enjoy competing and achieving their personal best.
