Future Flyers IV – Westgate Centre (15/06/23)
All 6 of our Future Flyers walked down to the Westgate Centre for their final session.
As we have said before, the Future Flyers is a Gifted and Talented Programme run by the West Sussex West School Sport Partnership (WSWSSP) in collaboration with Everyone Active.
The children really enjoyed this final session, which was themed around a triathlon (although without the swimming!). They enjoyed using the spinning bikes, running and even the elements that they could do at home – from press ups to pull ups!
It is great to report back how much fun the children have had in these sessions.
