Girls’ Football Coaching with Graylingwell Girls Coach (28/09/23)
As part of our efforts to promote Girls’ Football, we invited in the Head Coach from local club, Grayling well Girls, to lead a session with our Year 5 and Year 6 girls.
Dan Garrod, who has built the club up over the last couple of years, was keen to come in and promote what he does so that the girls at Jessie. Our girls were pleased to be working with someone else who brought new ideas and focussed on some skills based training throughout the session.
We are always keen to invite people from local clubs in to work with our pupils so that they can discover the pathways to these clubs and pursue their interests within our local community.

Jessie Younghusband School is a local authority maintained, one-form entry primary school, located just outside of Chichester's city centre in West Sussex. We have a proud reputation for competing in sport - in particular running and swimming.
