Quadkids Athletics – Bishop Luffa School (07/06/23)
We took ten of our Year 6 children to Bishop Luffa School to compete in the School Games Event – Quadkids Athletics.
Each of the ten children (5 boys and 5 girls) competed in four different field events – 600m run, 60 m sprint, vortex howler throw and standing long jump.
It was a very hot day, and our children did their best, supporting each other as they did so. It was fun to see so many schools taking part. At the end of the afternoon, we were awarded second place (third overall when the results from the Bognor area were added) and Alex, one of our boys, got a medal and certificate for being the highest scoring boy at the event!

Jessie Younghusband School is a local authority maintained, one-form entry primary school, located just outside of Chichester's city centre in West Sussex. We have a proud reputation for competing in sport - in particular running and swimming.
