Year 3 / 4 Football Tournament - University of Chichester (07/11/23)
We were one of ten teams competing in the tournament on the 7th, and we were extremely pleased that the rain held off (although it did get cold being out on the all-weather pitch for a few hours!).
We were in a group of 5, and after 4 games we were ranked second in our group. We then played the first placed team of the other group, and ended up being placed 4th overall.
It was really good to see the children play so well as a team, and disappointing to miss a last second free kick in the 3rd/4th place playoff that would have levelled the score at 1-1 if it had gone in!
