Sporting Achievements- Spring 2020

Celebrating sporting success at O.L.I

Using our school sports display board, children have had the opportunity to celebrate their own sporting achievements for which they have participated in outside of school.

Congratulations to the following pupils for their excellent achievements:

  • Emilia (Herons): ‘I was chosen to be Gymnast of the Week. I got it for good work on somersaults on the trampoline and P-bars (parallel bars). It is important to me because it is hard to be awarded this. I am proud of myself’.
  • Jenovic (Herons): ‘I won a trophy relating to football. The trophy said Smart Footballer- Football School Winter 2019. I feel really happy about this triumph because I’ve never, ever, ever won a trophy. I never thought I was this good as a footballer.

I continue to look forward to hearing about the sporting achievements of our children during the rest of the spring term.
