Breck Pupils at Coulton Cup
This afternoon I spoke to some children in Year 5 about their involvement in Coulton Cup matches last weekend.
Ela, Amber, Imogen and Ellie were all involved in Cup and Plate Final matches over the weekend. The event took place on the hallowed Highbury pitch, home of course, of Fleetwood Town.
These talented players currently represent Poulton Town Lionesses and Fleetwood Town Pumas.
We have watched the games on the big screen as it was recorded and archived on YouTube. Both matches were incredibly tense affairs and although Fleetwood Town lost their game (there's always next time Ellie) Poulton Lionesses won their Plate final against Clifton by 4 goals to 2, so huge congratulations to Amber, Immy and Ela.
