This blog is about gymnastics and what outcome there is by doing this amazing sport.

Gymnastics is a sport that consists of floor, beam, bars, vault and trampette. One of the best things is that you can start at any age but starting before the age of twelve will give you time to develop the skills needed for this sport. being someone who's done it for almost all my life, you do get injuries but you keep going! Another good thing is that if you achieve a goal of doing something you feel like you are the best and can do anything  and you are just mentally positive. It is also a great, fun way of exercising and becoming flexible,      ( its also really funny watching your friends gasp in shock and horror as you casually bend in half right in-front of their eyes!!! :D ) I do gymnastics because I enjoy it, you never know, maybe you'll just enjoy it too!
