Interhouse gymnastics competition
To celebrate an end of a good terms work in gymnastics
Tonight’s competition was a first and it was a great success. The sportscrew went to each class and explained how the competition would work and then they asked each class to sign up if interested.
we then got parental consent and decided on a 3.30 to 5.30 time slot. Sharon from Worksop Gym club came to help with scoring and 38 pupils took part .
They practiced their routine during the week in PE lessons and had another quick warm up and practice tonight too.
Thanks everyone for coming and joining in and I think this will now be a regular event. .
