Cross Country Competition

Hannah, Kate and Sarah, 8 May 2018

This week KS2 were invited to go to a cross country competition at UCA.

Cross Country Competition

They competed against 20 different schools from Middlesbrough on the hottest day of the year so far!

We interviewed some of the children who participated, and this is what they said...

"Do you think St Edwards did well?"

"Yes, because Eden came first in the Yr5 and Yr6 race and the girls in Yr4 and Yr5 came runners up." Niamh Yr 4

" What was your favourite part?"

"Trying my hardest." Kate Yr5
"Finishing the race!" Niamh Yr 4

"Where did you come?

" I came 11th out of 200 children." - Niamh Yr 4
"I came 24th out of 200 children." - Kate Yr 5

We would like to say a big well done from all of Sports Crew! You should both be really proud of yourselves!
