Throwing and catching a tennis ball
This week we have another fun challenge demonstrated by Maya, one of our fantastic Sports Majors.
This challenge is a fun one which will test your throwing and catching skills with a tennis ball. There are 3 variations of the challenge so why not have a go at them all, or the one that you think will challenge you the most!
Variation 1; throw a tennis ball in the air and catch with 2 hands
Variation 2; throw a tennis ball in the air and catch with 1 hand
Variation 3; throw a tennis ball in the air and catch with alternative hand
