Football league starts
Solid start to the season
St. John's played their first fixture in the Bootle School's League against St. Luke's Halsall. The game was a highly competitive and close contest with the game ending in a 0 -0 draw. Although everyone was a little rusty in front of goal the game was very entertaining. Our thoughts are with Vice Captain Joe who fell and broke his wrist. We wish him a quick recovery (especially as the team needs his skill and expertise!)
