Swimming Gala Final 15.3.18
Well done to Emily for competing in the Swimming Gala Final!
A huge congratulations to Emily who competed in the Stockton's Swimming Gala Final on Thursday 15th March! She competed with a fantastic effort and showed amazing determination and passion at all times.
The first race of the evening was Emily's heat: Yr5 girls backstroke. Emily did really well and just missed out on a medal by coming 4th! This did not dampen Emily's spirit and she left the gala feeling proud of herself for getting that far. After her race, Emily was a brilliant spectator by cheering on children that she recognised from her swimming club.
Throughout the event, she displayed brilliant sportsmanship and watched the whole event with a smile. Well done Emily, you really encompassed the school games values.
St Joseph's Catholic Primary School
