Tag Rugby!

On Thursday 18th October, a group of year 5/6 children attended a Tag Rugby competition at the UCE Academy.

The children arrived at the tag rugby competition at 3:15 as ready as ever. Each of them had been going to after school club for 7 weeks- they were really looking forward to putting their hard work into action!

Game 1- (L) 1-0

They did very well and fought for it alot but sadly they lost the game 1-0. They only conceded one tri which was quite good because it was a tough competition.

Game 2- (W) 4-0

Fantastic! 4-0 the team won. Scoring was: Dennis 1, Paul 2, Aaron 1. Well done team!

Game 3-(W) 3-1

Another fantastic game! Another 3 tries! Scoring was: Paul 1, Anthony 1, Ryan 1. Very impressive.

Game 4-(L) 1-0

Unlucky- a last minute winner! Maybe next time but great performance throughout.
