North Bristol Level 2 School Games High 5 Netball

On Monday 12th March St Ursula's took two squads of seven to the North Bristol High 5 Netball event at St Bede's. All the girls competed superbly with the blue finishing runners up in their group having won , drawn and lost a game in their three group matches. Unfortunately they didn't qualify into the final but enjoyed the experience and represented the school well.

The red team played some superb netball and qualified out of their group having won two and lost one. In the semi final they came up against Colton primary and a tight game was won by St Ursula's 2-0. The team were into the final and with the top two qualifying into the county finals both ourselves and Elmlea made the decision not to contest the final as the court was to slippery and dangerous by this stage. Every player contributed well on the day and we look forward to going to the county finals.
