Virtual ACET Fitness Challenge

See how our pupils got on at their first ever virtual fitness challenge.

During Autumn 1, pupils took part in their first virtual competition of the year. It was a little different from what they were normally used to but they showed great adaptability in the way they took part in the competition. Pupil has been set a challenge to complete a given number of exercises and reps in the fastest time as a class. Pupils worked really hard to encourage others once they had finished as they knew every second counted. It was great to see all their preparation work had paid off as all pupils completed each exercise to the best of their abilities and showed amazing technique when completing the challenge. After analysing the results, we finished an amazing 4th place. Well done to everyone who took part. You did yourselves proud.
